This deposit is returnable to client after the event, minus any amounts deemed necessary to repair damages inflicted upon the facility by the client and/or client’s associates, guests, invitees, vendors, and all other persons who enter the facility during the rental period, whether or not such persons did so with client’s knowledge or consent. A non-refundable $250 security deposit is required to secure your event date.
All-Day Rental
Make the most of your event with our All-Day Rental, offering 14 hours of venue access, including setup and cleanup time. This package includes everything in the Half-Day Package, plus premium add-ons such as a balloon garland, champagne wall, dessert shelves, and two uplights. Perfect for weddings, galas, or large celebrations. A non-refundable $250 security deposit is required to secure your event date.
Hourly Rental
Rent the venue by the hour for maximum flexibility! Weekday rates are $179/hour, and weekend rates are $199/hour, both with a 3-hour minimum. Ideal for intimate gatherings, business meetings, or short events. This package includes up to 6 round tables with chairs, 3 rectangular tables, black tablecloths, Wi-Fi access, a kitchenette with microwave, and free parking. A non-refundable $250 security deposit is required to secure your event date.

This fee applies if the client requests Gracefully Elite Event Venue, LLC to handle post-event cleaning. A checklist is provided for clients who choose to clean the venue themselves. If the client opts out of the cleaning fee but fails to follow the checklist, a $200 fee will be deducted from the incidental deposit.
